Developing Renewables
At Good Energy Generation, we own, operate and invest in renewable generation. This enables us to sell our home-grown energy to Good Energy’s customers. As we develop more sites, we can increase the amount of our own generation that we supply.
By continuing to operate and by increasing our own renewable energy portfolio, we are helping to stabilize the prices that Good Energy customers pay for their electricity. The greater stability we can offer customers, the more attractive we will become as a choice for potential customers. This is good for our business but, equally as important, it communicates a clear message to government and to the utilities industry that renewables can bring stability and security to the UK energy market. A stable energy market is an essential foundation for a national and a global economy and we believe that renewables can help to deliver that stability.
