HotROCs - General Requirements
To join the HotROCs scheme, there are some basic requirements that you need to meet. We cannot process your application unless all these requirements are met.
1. You must be a Good Energy electricity supply customer
If you are not already a Good Energy 100% renewable electricity customer you will need to sign up and receive an account number and confirmed start date before submitting your HotROCs application.
2. You may need to become a Good Energy gas supply customer
If the property where your solar thermal system is installed is connected to the gas grid, we require you to become a Good Energy gas customer. for more information, email gas@goodenergy.co.uk
3. Your renewable generator must already be in place
We require evidence that your solar thermal installation is installed and operational. We will request that you send us a copy of the completion certificate for your system that your installer will have provided and we may also ask for photographic evidence.
